Noel has his educational qualifications from Maynooth Pontifical University in Co. Kildare, Ireland  and further continuing education credits in Grief and Loss from Drew University, Madison, NJ, Clinical and Pastoral Supervision education from Columbia-Presbyterian, New York City.

Noel ministers as an Ecumenical Priest and Pastoral Chaplain to all denominations

He officiates at weddings in New York City,

Robbin is currently a Mental Health Counselor at St.Joseph's/St. Vincents Methadone Clinic in White Plains, NY and a chaplain at Calvary Hospital for the dying in the Bronx, NY.
